I am very fortunate to have a wonderful family. My beautiful wife and I have been married since 2006.  We have three children, and I love spending time with them.  I’d say some of our favorite things to do together are riding bikes, having family movie nights, and absolutely love going on family vacations.  My family is my priority, but my wife certainly understands running my business in a professional manner and providing customer service is a priority as well.  I enjoy playing basketball, tennis, working out, and spending time outdoors, especially by a lake or ocean.

I have been selling Real Estate since 1974. I started primarily as a Buyers' and Sellers' Agent, but have redefined myself over the years. I have great experience working with many different builders where I offer guarantee buyout programs, giving the builder the security of knowing the house will sell.  As the industry has changed, I have changed with it, adapting my business to the needs of the economy. Over 30 years ago I starting flipping homes, originally acquiring most of my properties through HUD. Once the Department of Housing & Urban Department redefined the HUD homes process and focused on owner occupant ownership, I moved my focus back to Sheriff’s Auctions and multiple other avenues to find my investment opportunities.  My main focus these days is providing my experience and knowledge to my teammate, Brian Wayman, and flipping 20-40 homes a year.
